Policies
Cancellations:
Whilst I do understand no one wants to cancel their appointment… I do require 48 hours notice, to protect my time & in order for me to fill this empty space… 50% of this cancellation will be owed.. However, if I manage to fill this empty space I may waver your cancellation fee at my discretion…
Running late
Whilst I do understand this may be out of your control .. please be aware that more than 15 minutes of latest could result in no appointment….
Colour work
Before I can carry out any colour service I must carry out a skin test 48 hours before your appointment..
Unfortunately my space can not accommodate children under the age of 12
