After working with a major company in East Anglia and becoming one of their educators… I launched my own salon .. where I spent 14 years running & managing a busy salon & training an in-house team of hairdressers….
Today I’m a dedicated professional hairdresser, working from my own personalised studio space….

Policies
CANCELLATIONS :
I completely understand no one wants to cancel their appointment… However i do require 48 hours notice to safeguard my time and to give me an opportunity to fill that slot.. if this this notice isn’t provided 50% of the appointment fee will be charged… that said if I’m able to fill the slot I may at my discretion waive the fee…
RUNNING LATE :
I understand that delays can sometimes be beyond our control…However please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment may be forfeited…..
COLOUR WORK :
I use a SALON EXCLUSIVE RANGE… rooted in Danish craftsmanship inspired by nature ammonia free enriched with certified organic ingredients SLS free & paraben free ensuring a gentler & healthier experience…..
*BEFORE I CAN PERFORM ANY COLOUR SERVICE, I NEED TO DO A SKIN TEST AT LEAST 48 BEFORE YOUR PRIOR HAIR APPOINTMENT.
